A new industrial facility designed and constructed for the niche specialist market production of capacitors and components for communication equipment. Linked to an existing building, the new facility was constructed under a design-build contract.

The sleek design features high levels of thermal insulation and uses a draught free ventilation system to enable the specialist production processes to be carried out effectively. To facilitate this project a new staff car park was also created, which included an extensive landscaping scheme and entailed detailed negotiation with the Planners.

The scheme also extended to substantial internal alterations to the original two-storey factory building to incorporate specialist storage areas, production areas, offices and a reception area.
