We were asked to develop a proposal for a yacht marina for a riverside site that had previously served as an oil distribution depot. The proposal was to create a mixed use development including a marina, housing of various types and retail units. The proposal maximises the site which comprised a basin and quay heading and met Planning requirements in terms of regeneration of a Brownfield site, tourism and job creation.
